To Randy and everyone at Good Vibes... I won't go into detail about a bad experience with ordering a blower from a "major" supplier out there. It's been over a month since I ordered a 671 for my little 70 RS street car project. With all the delays I've experienced I finally pulled the plug and called you all. Looks like my blower will be here mid week in Washington State and I'm back in business!!!! Kudos and Thanks Again!!!

Big smile on my face with the email from you guys and a five minutes later an email from UPS with a tracking number..

I just wanted to tell you how much I appreciate the phone call I received today to take care of a question on my order.  Not only was the reason for the call resolved but because of the call I was able to correct the quantity of one of the pieces I had ordered.

You just don't get that kind of customer service very often anymore.

 Just wanted to comment about your tech department. I've been "fighting" a alchol hat for several years now, talked with one of your tech guys and he suggested different nozzels and smaller pill, car was running 4.99's @ 137, changed nozzels and pill ran 4.76 @ 145. WOW! Wish I had talked to this guy a few years ago. Many thanks, give the tech guys a big "hell-yeah" for me.

Building a 540 BBC/blown alky injected engine for my pro/street nova wagon converted into a 2-door sedan delivery. Doing everything myself as to build and doing it on disability income so being a slow build. Have got some parts from you and will be buying more in time, as I need. Planning on sending my blower and inj. hat to you to have rebuilt/show polished and flowed some time this summer. I've enjoyed buying from your staff. Everyone knows what they, are selling and very nice and ready to answer anything I've asked them. Keep up the great customer service. That means more to anyone then the price. Great job everyone.

shipped all the way here to the east coast but it was timely and greatly appreciated and Much bigger to me. The people
I contacted around here said I would have to buy a complete kit and have the extra parts when I needed them the next time.
What next time they broke not because of their weakness nor from wearing out they broke because of my stupidity. OK, so

As for Halstead Motorsports Tracy named the car "Earthshaker" after 3 years of existence it will get the name on the side. We also did run one race this year sorry to say It was not a CIFCA race. We qualified #3 with a 8.0. We stepped up the car to run faster and lost in round 1 due to track conditions. It had rained 15 minutes before and we were way out of shape and only ran a 7.90, but won the quick reaction time first time ever with a 441 light which was out best. Anyway we look forward to what CIFCA and Good Vibrations Motorsports bring in the future.

Just to let you know I think you and your company are full of shit if I order a 2” hole diameter gasket one should expect the measurement would be close not 1 ¾”. Then instead of making good you want to give me your bullshit wood story here are your gaskets back credit my card account. Maybe you can put them on some of your shit I’m sure you have a die grinder and a good hammer that can whip them into the correct size. Never again will I do business with your sorry ass company. Be assured I will let my racing associates know of your shady business practices here in Texas and anywhere else I maybe racing. I think some press on some of the chat sites should be in order here you shouldn’t mind that I’m sure. Summit sent the wrong parts and they handle there business in a very professional way you could take a few notes from them since you enjoy explaining things so.
