How to Leak Down a Barrel Valve

 Blown Injector Hat Diagrams

Tunnel Ram Injector Diagrams
  1. Adjust Butterflies Air Gap
  2. Block Off all Injector Lines & Returns except for Hat Nozzles
  3. Connect Dual Gauge Tester to Outlet of Compressor
  4. Set Air Compressor to read 100psi on 1st Gauge
  5. Connect Tester to Inlet of Barrel Valve
  6. Read % Leakage on 2nd Gauge
  7. Adjust Linkage Turnbuckle on Barrel Valve for Desired Leakage
