JAZ polyethylene seats and fuel cells feature
hollow, one piece seamless construction with molded-in colors that won’t
fade, peel or scratch off. These seats and cells each have excellent
high and low temperature impact. They will not corrode or rust.
They can be frozen, hit with a hammer and will not
break. The double-walled construction of the seats deliver a
comfortable, impact absorbing ride. The cross-linking process provides
maximum strength and minimum weight with sufficient elasticity to
resist shock and vibration damage.
Each seat has molded in threaded inserts which
withstand a pull-out force of 1600lbs each. Installation is fast and trouble-free.
