Faxes are also welcome 24/7 (562/693-9553). Many prefer using
our Secured online cart server. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
UPS and USPS are the primary methods of shipping, unless otherwise specified.
Regular Domestic UPS Ground is approximately 1 to 5 business days, depending on
your location. Expedited shipping methods are available upon request.

All prices are subject to 8.75% sales taxes
for residents of California. Resale
accounts are accepted. All prices are subject
to change without notice.
Payment
Policy
Orders
can be prepaid by Master Card, VISA, Discover & American Express credit/debit
cards. Orders can also be shipped COD with prior approval.
COD Payments, when pre-approved, are to be made with a
certified check or money order only. COD orders are subject to a $9.95 charge. Personal checks that are used as a form of
prepayment have a wait time of 5 to 7 days to clear the bank. Paypal is accepted
on a limited basis - please contact us for more details.
Special
Orders
Special
Orders are welcome though are subjected to a 50% deposit. The purchase
might not be returnable.
Freight
& Shipping
We ship domestic and international daily.
All
shipments are shipped freight prepaid unless other arrangements are made. All
shipments are fully insured. If your shipment is damaged, save all packaging
material and contact the freight carrier immediately.
Returns
We understand that occasionally parts needs to be returned or
exchanged. A
copy of the original invoice should accompany all returns, within 30 days of the
original purchase date. We will not refuse any reasonable return, however we
reserve the right to apply up to a 15% restocking fee.
All returns must be pre-approved.
Photos
All
online photos are trademark property of Good Vibrations. The picture shown may
not be the actual product though a very close representation.
Shortages
or Discrepancies
All
shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 10 days from receipt of
shipment, please include invoice number and date of receipt.
Warranty
Most products carry the manufactures warranty. Good
Vibrations Motorsports will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury or
casualty arising from the use of any product supplied by Good Vibrations
Motorsports.
