Hex adapter is machined from Chromoly designed to be used on Premium Gear Drives using a 5/8 hex on the CAM Hub.
Adapter has 5/8 outer Male hex and a 3/8 inner Female hex allowing one to run a fuel pump or extension with a 3/8 shaft.
This design does not need to be modified like other brands on the market. Shaft has a positive stop on the inside so that it will not slide up the shaft.
