Gear reduction starter provide high torque for cranking and draws less current than competitor brands. Solenoid is encased in aluminum with air gap thus eliminating hot start problems. Has 5 ball bearings instead of bushings. Starter can easily be rotated several positions. Weight less than 9lbs! One of the few racing starters with a warranty. Has the larger 1.9hp motor for higher compression and/or larger cubic inch. Fits Chevrolet V8 engines with either flywheel.
