XRP Stat-O-Seals consists of a Buna-N-O-ring mechanically locked to the I.D. of an aluminum washer. When tightened, the o-ring is compressed around the bolt shank, forming a positive seal over a temperature range of -85°F to 450°F. Stat-O-Seal is more efficient than copper or fiber sealing washers.
